Today, I came across a marathon in Oakland that interested me. I really want to run this. It’s close by and a big event. It would be an awesome first-marathon. What im wondering is, is two months enough time to train for a marathon? If it is enough time, what runs should I cut and keep? I’m almost at the end of week four (the training schedule is 18 weeks long). I’m worried if I push too hard too fast, ill get injured.
The run is right after finals week too! (Good way to wrap the end of winter quarter.) All responses appreciated. :]
