Day41; 12 miles. 

The lonnnnng run of the week.

12.03 miles in 2:11:42.

Tried a new route. 0 gels. 0oz of water (till after).

Minor blister. No pain. Successful run!

I need to start looking for a hydration belt, 15+ miles without water and gels would be hell…
