Day twentysix + twentyseven recap
Day26; Rest day
Carbs alll day, everyday.
Had to fuel up for my long run, yknow?
(26th day out of 126.. 100 more days!)
Day27; 11 mile run
I’ve been looking forward to this run since Monday. But within half a mile of running, I wanted to call it quits.
My thoughts went something like this:
- The first three miles are always the hardest. The first three miles are always the hardest. The first three miles are always the hardest. TIFFANY, JUST GET THROUGH THE FIRST THREE MILES.
If I didn’t run with my housemate, I might have called it quits. (Just kidding, NEVER!!)
Summary of it? The scenery was motherfreakinggorgeous. We had a planned route but chucked it and explored the uncharted territory of Davis. Davis is actually very pretty. Very big houses, solar powered homes, a private lake. (I’ll post a few pictures later..maybe.) Finished in a little under two hours. Pace was 10:17 (improved my minute mile by 31 seconds!). Putting up stats for today’s run in another post.
Right now.. waiting for my other housemate, SANNIE, to come home and make her famous peach cobbler . If you’re reading this sannie, come home now! :((((((
My awesome calendar! Almost done with week four.

I also decided not to rush my training. The chances of getting injured again are too high. Slow and steady [finishes] the race. :D
February’s total: 20.55 mi
