January recap + February goals

January goals

  • Start my marathon training 
  • Cook more often 
  • Get an internship (got two!)

February 

  • Run 100 miles (my training asked for around 98, a little extra wouldn’t hurt.)
  • Pick up my running pace (from 10:30-11:00 to ~10:00-10:15)
  • Be able to run 14+ miles nonstop
  • Be injury-free
  • Stretch more (especially after my runs)
  • Build more muskkkkkleeees (muscles)
  • Spend less money eating out. 
  • Continue cooking 3x a week
  • Drink more water!
